Our Team

We have a low staff turnover which enables us to provide a continuity of care. Each child will have a main caregiver who will work with the child during the infant and toddler years.

All caregivers are fully qualified childcare professionals, who we encourage to continue to pursue further education and training.

Kate Smyth joined the team in 2003. She has worked mainly with pre-school children and acts also as assistant manager. She has a background in Montessori and has also gained a certificate in High Scope. (On the left in picture)

Liza Tuohy joined the team in 2002. She qualified with a Cache Diploma in early childcare education and went on to gain a certificate in High Scope training. Liza works mainly with infant / toddler groups.

Louise Williams joined the team in 2002. She qualified with a Cache
Diploma in early childcare development and education. She has also
gained a certificate in High Scope training. Louise works mainly with the infant and toddler groups.

These three care givers help to provide support and continuity in training to the newer members of our great team.
